Class Drop/Withdrawal Request Form

You may drop a course at no charge any time before the start of class. There is no charge to withdraw from a course before the end of the first week of class. A charge will be assessed when withdrawing from a course after the beginning of the second week of class.
You may not withdraw from a course after the end of the 5th week of class. See page 17 of the catalog http://www.southwesterncollege.org/catalogs-handbooks.cfm  for detailed withdrawal charge information. Learners using the Army portal must drop or withdraw from courses through the portal. Southwestern College will receive your drop/withdrawal requests from the Army. Your academic advisor will also receive an email notification of this request. Please note all the form fields are required.
