You may drop a course from Southwestern College Professional Studies at no charge any time before midnight on Sunday the first week of class. A portion of the tuition for the course will be assessed you when withdrawing after the beginning of the second week of class. You may not withdraw from a course after the end of the 5th week of class. Please visit our catalog for detailed withdrawal charge information. Your academic advisor will also receive an email notification of your request.
Learners using the Army portal must drop or withdraw from courses through the portal. Southwestern College Professional Studies will receive notification of your drop/withdrawal requests from the Army.
